I bought 2 ps4 consoles.

One for 5 dollars " doesn't power on"

One for 4 dollars. " disk drive doesn't work"

"Doesn't power on" does in fact power on..

It powers on but you gotta insert a disk to trigger yhe console to boot. Aka the button dont work. Upon further inspection it needs a new switch. I ordered it today.

Cleaned it out. Literally to the board.. plastic in soapy water. Rest alcohol. Added new thermal paste.

The "disk drive doesn't work" needs a new disk drive most likely but going to see if I can save it.. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet.
