Low platelet count
I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and my platelet count has consistently been low but not a cause for concern for my OB. I've had other health issues (Severe RUQ with elevated liver enzymes earlier in pregnancy) I feel were brushed off by her and after seeing my PCP were addressed and referred out and treated acceptably so my trust with this OB is minimal. My platelets have been trending low this pregnancy and keep getting lower. Started at 146, down to 138, 124 and currently at 103. She wants to retest again in 4 weeks but isn't concerned with the numbers. I had bleeding issues and trouble clotting after my last birth and I hope that I'm just overreacting but personally this is concerning for me and I just wanted to see if anyone had similar experiences where everything was fine or if I should seek a second opinion.
