First off I wanted to thank this group for helping me reach out to other transporters, and it's due to this group I reached out to Auto Express Inc. Due to their high rating.

However, I wanted to give a warning, and if that rep reads this thread, some feedback.

I reached out to this company along with others looking for a quote for a simple transport from Cali to Texas. I quickly got an email back with a lot of info, but a few red flags that stuck out, namely a warning that the rate (which was $500 higher than others) was "Only good for 24 hours" as well as other pressure tactics that someone who's worked with DoD(Now DoW) LEO for 30 years spots.

But, here's the important part; After I replied with questions and inquirers as how payments would be processed, rather than answering any of them, my reply was only met with an invoice and a text demanding immediate payment.

This is a super massive red flag and a warning to all potential customers shopping here! If a shipping company is pressuring you to pay upfront and won't give you the time of day, build rapport, or answer any basic questions, THAT IS LIKELY A SCAM!

I replied thanking them for a late night reply and wished them a great rest of their weekend, annnnnnnnnd woke up this morning to a very insulting email.

One that gave a curt reply saying the invoice was canceled and (Verbatim quote) "Please contact us when you are serious about shipping your car."

"Serious about shipping my car???" Well fuck you too buddy!

Pro-Tip for the rep reading this: The customer is doing you a favor by reaching out to you, not the other way around.

If you want to retain customers, be polite, answer any questions they have, talk about timelines before just randomly hitting them with an invoice, but above all: Be professional.

So thank you overseas CS Rep hired by Auto Express Inc. You really helped me out today; By making me go with your competition!
