I just got accepted into the UW PRIME program for Summer 2026, specifically the Generative AI with Diffusion Models project mentored by Soumik Pal.
Since this seems like a relatively new/expanded program, I’m trying to get a better sense of what it’s actually like before committing. The $2500 fee isn’t a huge barrier for me, but I want to know if it’s genuinely worth the time commitment for almost the entire summer

Is anyone else planning on doing this program? Did anyone get rejected? Has this program happened in the past, and if yes, how was it? Any red flags for this program? Would appreciate answers
