Ordered Panasonic 1.5 Ton 2026 (Wider IOU) 3 Star AC
I have placed an order for Panasonic 1.5 Ton 2026 (Wider IOU) 3 Star AC ( CS/CU-SU18BKY3WXH) from Panasonic official website as this model was only available on their website.
Placed order on 7th May. Expected delivery date 11th May.
But their website is so shitty there is no progress even number they have on contact us is not reachable for Order Status Inquiry/ Grievance.
Only service/after sales number is working but they are like government sar not our department 🌚.
Now I am stuck as there is no cancelation option as well.
Has anyone ordered from Panasonic official website earlier?
If yes, please share any advice on how to get out of this situation.

Received notification from Panasonic that Product is invoiced and ready to be shipped.
