The pattern I am talking about is more clearly visible in the first image (bottom and left side). I have never seen this pattern on these coins. Correct me if I am wrong but these can the possibilities:

1. It is an error. If yes, which type?

2. It is a fake.

3. Maybe it was kept with a coin having the said pattern and somehow it got transferred onto this one. But, how can it happen on both sides?

The coin is from the year 1996 minted by Noida mint. If you have any information on this, let me know. I am curious.
