I genuinely can't make a post that satirises this sort of argument.. it's just.. too stupid.
Each Stratragem Category would have it's own "Specialisation", that makes those stratragems better in various ways, but you can only pick one at a time, and it costs 100 Super Samples to change unlock specialisations.
What they do
Patioric Administration Center:
Normal and BeltFed Weapons come with 20% more backup ammo, that can only be filled with supply boxes (not POI ammo crates)
BackPack Reloaded Weapons can be teamloaded no matter who's carrying the backpack or even if the weapon isn't being used. (Supply Pack giving ammo also loads a shell with the same action)
Orbital Cannons:
The Destroyer moves as close as possible to the Stratragem Beacon to minimise unpredictability during the normal Call-In time
The 380mm Barrage is always safe in the middle
Hangar:
Eagles no longer go on cooldown during Call-In, letting you throw as many as you can until the 1st Stratragem is deployed. Each EagleStrike thrown this way deploys at once
33% More Uses on each Eagle (no 3rd 500KG)
Bridge:
Orbital Strikes follow the stratragem beacon, and aren't affected by the Complex Stratragem Plotting modifier (Extra call-in time)
Engineering Bay:
Stratragem Balls have been coated with an extra sticky material, that allows them to stick to any remotely even surface
Robotics Workshop:
Sentries have a 25% longer range and target marked enemies if possible, similarly to mortars
Mortars no longer need line of sight to target enemies at range
The Mortar Sentry (explosive) gets updated targeting:
If the shot is aimed at a Chaff unit, instead of firing the full 4 shot burst at the target, the Mortar Sentry will try to target other chaff units with each shot, but it doesn't stops shooting between targets once the 4 shot burst starts.
If the target is a Medium unit, The Mortar will shoot 2 shots before switching targets
No change for heavy+ enemies
Oh and they FOR SOME REASON SPAWN ON D3?!?
