I've been on reta since very end of February, and I've been doing 1mg/week (.5 2x a week) consistently. I still don't have cravings very often, and it feels as though when I eat my stomach has "shrunken" and I can't eat as much as I could 3 months ago. I tried to up the dose a couple weeks ago to 2mg/week and I couldn't even stand the SMELL of food. I've lost 17lbs which adds up to a pound a week, but I also had to stop going to the gym due to my strict school program (legitimately only time to study and maybe sleep a few hours) and need to get back in the gym, I might see more results then. But should I try to up the dose and just get past the terrible side effects? Will I get past them? I didn't feel them when I first started.
