How can I replicate this robotic voice effect seen in these two YouTube shorts?
Hi. Sorry, I'm new here, so hopefully this is the right place to ask.
Anyone good at vocal mixing? I'm trying to replicate a vocal effect that this robot character has. I tried cutting out the high and low ends with EQ, but I don't think that's the right effect. What effect is the robot character using? I keep hearing it in all sorts of Japanese media, specifically characters that come out of TVs, robots, etc.
