I’m having an issue with my flight logs not syncing from my RC control to my profile and from my profile to my phone DJI Fyl app (iOS).
I’m logged in to both the RC and DJI fly app and have internet connection on both. Both do not require an update.
On the IOS app, the flight data hasn’t updated since 2023; however it DOES have all my aircraft information up to-date. My RC has the correct flight hours/ info.
On the RC, I can’t find the “sync flight information” selection, like a few YT videos have shown. However it should have already been selected from my original activation.
Attached are relevant photos of what I’m seeing. Can someone help me with solving this? I need to sync my logs for an upcoming job.
Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled the DJI fly app on my IOS. It deleted all my flight hours and did not redownload any information.
