Warframe VR Could Work Better Than People Think

As someone who’s spent a long time in VR, I honestly think the arguments against a VR version of Warframe are becoming outdated.

Years ago, the biggest concern was motion sickness — and that concern made sense at the time. But VR has evolved a lot since then. Players now regularly enjoy games with intense movement, parkour, flying, racing, swimming, and even roller coaster-style experiences. Many people have adapted to those mechanics over time.

We already have VR experiences like Subnautica that prove immersive movement-heavy gameplay can work in VR when designed well. Because of that, I don’t think Warframe VR is impossible anymore. Challenging? Absolutely. But not impossible.

I actually think Warframe’s fast movement and combat could make for one of the most unique VR experiences out there if handled carefully with comfort options and accessibility settings.

VR technology has improved. Players have adapted. And developers have learned a lot about movement design over the years.

I’d genuinely love to see the idea explored someday.

Even if it never happens, I think modern VR has evolved enough that Warframe VR deserves another serious discussion.
