Noticed my eyes were looking a bit yellower than usual? I also think my eyes are usually a bit more blue so I'm curious if it's something I should be worried about or not

I'm currently attending UC Irvine, and I recently got an email saying that I've been awarded loans from ESCI. The link they provided leads to esci.net and asks me to provide my SSN so they can give it to me. Is this legit?

Accidentally cut my arm around a day ago, I've already cleaned it up a bit. How much more attention does this cut need and how severe is it?
