Hey y'all, it's Z again, I promise I’m not replacing anyone. I’m just looking for a partner to help bring this dark shifter romance to life!
Here's a quick recap of who I am:
I'm a 36M Long-haul truck driver in the US, who loves worldbuilding, character development, and the slowest of slow burn stories set in a wide variety of settings. I will absolutely chat your ears off OOC, and dive way too deep into lore.
I write in either third or first person, though I prefer third person past-tense. I generally try to maintain quality writing over quantity, whether that's a single paragraph or five, six, seven; it all depends on the scene and what the story needs.

The man she grew up with, the boy she never got the chance to love properly before the draft took him, came back as something different… something the military made him into and then forgot about. Now society is rebuilding and the Shifters, soldiers implanted with rare magical creatures that turned them into something more than human, are discharged and left to fend for themselves. She found him again, working the docks with others like him, but he doesn't remember her – not really. The war, the trauma, the transformation; it buried the person she knew somewhere she's not sure she can reach. She's determined to try anyway, convinced the man she loved is still in there. He's just as convinced he isn't, and he's not sure he wants to be found.*
This story deals with darker themes, emotional conflict, and morally complicated characters on both sides. It is not a gentle read.

So as I said, I'm looking for a longterm partner, someone who shares my love of worldbuilding, messy characters, and general chaos. I would prefer you to be 20+. And, personally, I would like to find someone US based, though I'm not terribly picky about timezones.
Please be aware that I am running another RP currently and thus have to split my time between stories; that being said I should be able to get a post in per day, but there may be days where I am not able to get a post in.
