Hi all, I am looking at purchasing a 1983 cruiser that appears clean underneath, it is not running and driving, and the seller is telling me it has no major issues. I am leary of some welds that look too clean on the frame, specifically around the front spring hangers. Does anyone have input on these? Much appreciated
