As a kid I've always had experiences. Always heard then. Had night terrors. I could go into detail but I need to ask about now

43F literally died for almost 4 minutes when 39. Prior to that I had banished being "them". Since my "death" I cant stop it. They won't leave me alone. Im completely withdrawn from my wife and family. All I hear is gibberish 24/7 to the point a living person speaks and I have to say "huh?" To to know what they said.

Its becoming to much. I don't know these souls or how to help to get rid of them. I can't talk to family because not all believe. Im slowly going insane. Please help me.
