I noticed a weird glow effect when the chips were being transferred during E8, and later when another transferring chip animation was shown, there was a slight glow around the chip but nothing as intense. My guess is that accidentally someone put the glow intensity slider up to max when animating and that's why it looks blocky and overexposed.
