I’m very new to saber and bought this one brand new. Its been charging with the provided cable for the last couple hours. But every time I try to turn it on or charge it, it does this. Whenever I connect it to the Xeno Configurator app and turn the blade on from there, it connects for a second, flashes for a moment, then disconnects and turns off. I’m honestly kinda losing it with this atp because this is my first time buying one of these and for it to come out broken feels like a punch to both the gut, self confidence and wallet. I’ve already checked everywhere I could, but I still can’t tell if its a battery issue, a general technical issue or a charging-related issue
