Over the last year I’ve had white spots appear on the right side of my abdomen. They haven’t grown in size much, that I’ve noticed, but the number of dots has increased. I have an appointment with a Dermatologist next week, but curious to know if anyone has seen vitiligo start this way? For clarity, there is no texture, scaling, itchiness, or any other symptoms beyond the (assumed) loss of pigment. I’ve searched the internet and most of possible conditions involve some kind of texture or scaling. We have no family history of vitiligo that I’m aware of.
