So i pre-ordered the deluxe edition of Invincible VS but for some reason I don't have any of the deluxe game cosmetics for my profile as well as the pre-order zeros suit mark skin. Is this just me? and is there any way to fix it?

Edit: The server got a ping after a bunch of people having the issue, it seems to be mainly steam purchases and they said they are working to fix it ASAP
