I’m dealing with acne mainly on my cheeks and jawline and it’s been getting worse recently. It’s mostly red bumps and some whiteheads, especially around my beard area.

A few things about me:

I have uneven beard growth and trim/shave regularly

Skin feels slightly oily.

I live in a hot/dusty environment

I probably touch my face more than I should

Diet is not perfect (some junk + dairy)

What’s confusing is that sometimes it improves, then suddenly flares up again.

I’m starting to think it could be:

Ingrown hairs / shaving irritation

Dirty pillowcase or sweat

Something in my routine (or lack of one)

Currently not using any proper skincare routine, just basic face wash.

Anyone had similar acne specifically in the beard/jaw area?
