Hello! I’m currently eyeing to rent a unit sa Belize Oasis along East Service Road, Muntinlupa.
May 8–5 on-site job ako near Festival Mall, so I’m hoping sana na kaya lakarin from the condo to work and pauwi. Ask ko lang sa mga familiar sa area: safe ba siya lakarin, especially early morning and after work sa gabi? May maayos bang sidewalk or safe walking path? Well-lit ba yung area pag gabi, and marami pa bang tao dumadaan after office hours? Also, may parts ba along East Service Road na medyo sketchy or dapat iwasan? Also, bahain ba ang area?
For context, solo commuter ako, so safety is a big factor for me. Kung hindi siya ideal lakarin, okay ba mag-tricycle/jeep/Grab instead?
Would really appreciate insights from residents, nearby workers, or anyone na madalas dumaan sa area. Thank you!
