Where is the uniform scale toggle in CapCut's web version?

Anything I find online says it's in the "Transform" section, but no matter what, I cannot find the toggle for uniform scale for my media. Does it even exist in the web version? Or is it just in the app?

I've tried letting the CapCut installer through the firewall, and it still doesn't work. I'm considering restarting the PC and trying again. Any other ideas?
