So, I was rewatching the Shigaraki VS Mahito Death Battle, and a question about Black Flash appeared in my mind during this scene

Basically, Mahito lands around 5 Black Flashes here, one of them being from his leg. Obviously, Mahito has never hit 5 Black Flashes before, this was just for the hype, but have we ever seen ANYONE in the actual anime/manga land a Black Flash with anything other than their fist? It applies to any hit, not just punches, so this should be possible.
