I’m reposting because the room is still available for the August 26 move-in date, and I know a lot of people are still trying to figure housing out for next year.
The condo is a quiet 2 bed / 2 bath near Western, Huron, and Fanshawe. The second bedroom and bathroom are available, while I stay in the other room. One of the reasons I originally chose the place was because it didn’t feel like the typical loud student house situation. It’s been a really comfortable setup overall, especially if you prefer calmer environments.
The area is close to direct bus routes, grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown, and the condo overlooks a park which is honestly nice during exam season.
Rent is $950/month per person (utilities not included).
The unit has:
- Private bathroom (not shared)
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Furnished common areas
- Parking included
I’d ideally like to share the space with someone respectful, clean, and easy to live with. Preferably another student and preferably female or LGBTQ+ friendly since that’s the type of environment I’m trying to maintain in the space.
Move-in is August 26, with some flexibility if needed.
