I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with Xfinity and no one can seem to help me. They put a restriction on my account saying I had 2 payments in a row that did not go thru when that is in fact not true. I contacted support to cancel the payments so I could pay with a different card and the associate cancelled the payments and my other payment form went thru fine. Every single person says they cannot help and that I need to go to an Xfinity store to pay from now on. This was their fault they are classifying these payments correctly. I’ve escalated to supervisors and no one can help me and at this point I would almost just rather cancel for this big hassle.
