I have a child courtier. One of the sons of my Wet Nurse/storyteller/Hoofgodi. I had him as a ward under my marshal planning to educate him in martial, but he ended up with the charming personality, so I want to switch him to being a under a guardian with high diplomacy instead, but options to remove guardian, and educate child have "NOT_ANY_OF_CHARACTERS_RELATIONS" Suggestions? is this a bug?

I have some important custom courtiers that keep leaving one or two every 5 years. They are loyal, but they still leave. I looked in the event code and saw that if you aren't on the coast they won't be eligable, so I picked Västmannaland as my starting county, but they still leave (does that river make it count as a coast?). I tried moving my capital, but they still leave. I can't imprison them, 0% chance. They don't aren't ambitious, and don't have the 3 other required traits needed to do it otherwise, but they still leave to go off to try to become a jarl somewhere in mainland europe. I want to stay in scandanavia. What should I do?
