I have a 9070xt and use Adrenalin. I noticed my VRAM clock speed doesn’t move(2505Mhz) on the desktop and even in games it won’t change. Is that normal? My monitor is set to 165Hz but most games I play I set it lower 60-90.

Edit: It doesn’t change at all when I try lowering my refresh rate.
