Being intimidate / harassed by client in my workplace
I've worked as a cashier in a pharmacy since mid-January. There is a client that has made it a point of belittling me, laughing at me and making derogatory comments each time he comes in. So far I've remained a professional and polite approach, but I've reached a boiling point. This morning, I brought it to the attention of my manager, but he says that that is not intimidation nor harassment, totally disregarding how upset I am by the situation. I was basically told that any client can be difficult and that if I can't handle the situation, I should resign. My mind is pretty much made up. I lost all respect for management.
