It previously had a direct repair on the motherboard by Lenovo, and I've already reinstalled Windows thinking that might help, and I've installed all the drivers from Lenovo, but this problem still occurs occasionally. What could it be? It's happened in both balanced and silent modes, while browsing, playing games, using GeForce Now, etc.

Sometimes I get a message saying there are problems with srttrail.txt when my session restarts several times, and I've tried several things but it doesn't solve the problem.
