I’m moving to a new apartment and was looking at moving my service over. There is no option for self installation even though I know the building has Xfinity. It’s going to be $100 for someone to hook up the new Internet.

I’ve heard of people getting this waved when they move, is this possible? Otherwise, I think I may just switch providers as they have free installation.
