Bought this yesterday at the store. The brown part isn't necessarily throwing me off since ive heard its normal discoloration but I dont know why this other piece looks/is textured like this? Its wild caught sockeye salmon. Is this normal or should I toss it..?? Thank you sm for any help, ive never made fish myself like this before. Also, it doesn't really smell bad? Idk how to describe it but the weird looking one smells slightly different than the brownish one which smells normal. Also yes I see the tiny dead parasite, I'm gonna pluck it off lol.
