TH Ingolstadt International automotive engineering

TH Ingolstadt International automotive engineering

I received my VPD for TH Ingolstadt and am going through a consultancy for finishing formalities. My consultant claims work experience is needed for TH Ingolstadt.

I remember reading it was needed for other courses. However, I don't see the official page saying it is needed for International automotive engineering. It just says 180ECTS is the requirement. Could someone please shed light on this?

I do have work experience, but having a letter issued by my employer will be a long drawn procedure. I would want to avoid it as far as possible.

Thanks

Got accepted to the E-PiCo+ programme

Hey guys, I just got an acceptance mail for the E-PiCo+ programme.(Self funded student). Anybody else who did?

I received my VPD for TH Ingolstadt. My German grade comes to 2.4. I have applied to Kiel (E-Pico), Siegen (Mechatronics) and Esslingen (Automotive systems). I have a confirmed admission at HAN, Netherlands where I can pay up till 1st June.

I won't delve into what my chances are at each uni etc. All I want to know is:

When does TH Ingolstadt generally release results? I was told it's very late sometimes (mid-July)

In that case, does it make sense to wait for Ingolstadt or shall I opt for HAN as a fallback and partially pay my fee? if I cancel HAN after 15th July, I loose my Visa application, administration and a month's worth of rental fee. Esslingen seems to be a tough one considering my GPA and maybe my profile (I am an electronics engineer, not a mechanical or automotive bachelor)

Thanks!
