Greystone Properties: Which is Better?
I'll be moving back to Columbus this summer for a teaching position. Right now, I'm torn between two places that I viewed today: Greystone at the Woodlands and Greystone Farms. I'm in the market for a one bedroom and both properties have the exact pricing I'm looking for (<1,300), as well as tons of amenties. I pay close to 1400 here in ATL for way less space, not even a quarter of the amentities, and let's just say safety has become a major concern regarding two recent incidents... Nonetheless, both would have way more space, amenities, and benefits than what I'm getting for almost 1400 here 😭
Greystone Farms is my first choice and I like the fact that it's gated. My major dilemma is that Woodlands will have an opening around the time I'm ready to move for a one bedroom and Farms it's still up in the air. I could see myself I'm either honestly but because both are so popular, I don't want to be sol and end up at either cause I waited too late. Just wanting more insight from anyone who's rented at either places before or is currently there and more info about the areas surrounding each place. Thanks!
