I’m using SR to transition off of 7oh later this week. My plan was to do the SR for a few days and then do subs after that for a couple days until I feel back to 100%.

Does anyone know if you need to wait like 12-24 hours to do the subs after last dose of SR? I have no experience with this stuff, so just wanted to be sure before I dive in.

I was thinking about this last night, but imagine Katara joined them on this journey? They would’ve rescued Suki & Hakoda 10x faster cause Katara could’ve just bent boiling water at anyone who came near them 😭

She probably would’ve killed half the guards & the warden tho, so maybe that’s why they decided to just have Sokka and Zuko go lol
