Hey there!

I bought a bunch of cards from a seller and they did bundled shipping. The package came in damaged (crumpled and bent), so I did a recording of myself opening the package just incase I need to get with the seller.

I don't know how, but out of a 24 cards, only two of them ended up getting damaged. None of them were in top loaders, were in a sleeve and in a zip lock bag. The seller put their business card behind each of the cards inside the sleeve, and as a result, two cards out of the package ended up getting creased.

I got in contact with the seller, sending pictures of the damaged cards and asked them if it was possible to get a refund on just those two cards as I bought them as Mint/Near Mint condition. Although they do not accept returns when I bought it, I likewise offered to return the two cards too for the refund.

It's been two days now after delivery with no response. I am unsure if I should escalate it with Ebay. If I do need to, how exactly would I go about this- as in what should I select? Or should I wait a bit longer for the seller to get back with me?
