Hi all! I have never bought off of StubHub before. In fact it’s been years since I’ve been to any kind of concert, so this whole process is like brand new to me.

I got myself 2 tickets for the BTS concert at the M&T bank stadium in August. I got the confirmation order, and the section/row/seat. About 5 minutes after the order was confirmed, the tickets were ready. When I clicked the email link, it popped up with 6 total ticket links to claim (tho each one has the right section/seat number). When I went to click the claim ticket, it took me to seatgeek and I created/confirmed an account. As soon as that was done it showed “ticket transfer cancelled” and this applied to all of the links.

Already contacted support with screenshots of the order/incident and it’s been escalated and I should be hearing back in a week or so, but i thought I’d check here in the meantime cause now I’m a bit worried. Here’s what I’ve found so far:

  1. I just created my StubHub and seatgeek account today right before ordering, so is there a processing time that needs to occur first before transferring?
  2. I’ve looked up similar scenarios that the tickets themselves might not be available until a week or even closer to the concert date. Is this true?
  3. I’m aware there’s a full refund option, but I’d much rather just know it’s legit and I can go before making big travel plans
  4. I did see there is a ticket replacement option as well but I don’t want to rely on that and waiting until I get there to find out

Sorry for the long post, I just wanted to give enough info and since I’ve never done this before, I’m not sure what to expect so I’d like to hear from everyone if you’ve run into this as well and what to do next. Thanks so much
