How to avoid lower back / booty pain from too much sitting?
Long story short is I dont like to go outside because I feel like an alien where I live, people tend to stare at me quite a bit. When i'm not working im doing something to side hustle, so I spend a ton of time in front of my pc.
I spend a lot of time sitting on a somewhat low quality gaming chair. I can buy an electric, adjustable desk that changes height and maybe an ergonomic chair or higher quality chair. I do not really need product recommendations, but if you guys have any those are just fine too. But as I get into my late 30s, I have to ask, "Is just standing up more going to fix the problem, or...?"

EDIT: thanks for the insights, everyone. seems like I need to a little bit of everything, but stretching is one of the utmost important things to do.
