Apartment Xfinity Managed WiFi help
I recently moved into an apartment complex that has all tenants use Xfinity Wi-Fi. Upon moving in I was supposed to get an email from xfinity to set it up within 24 hours of moving in, but it’s been 3 days and I’ve received nothing. The apartment complex says I should have received the email. The xfinity store says they can’t help me because it’s managed Wi-Fi. I can’t get a real person on the phone. I need to speak with a real human to figure this out. Hoping one of the Xfinity specialist on this sub can help me out.
