I use Logic with Omnisphere, Diva, Zebra 3, Dune 3, The Legend HZ, some Kontakt libraries. I can get the 24gb for about $2k, 48gb for 2600.

EDIT - I got the 48gb one 😀

60, male, 5’ 10”, 170 pounds. Familial 298 total without meds, high LDL and high HDL, good ratio. Tried every statin out there and I feel crap on all of them, especially Crestor which my wife says turns me into a moody monster even though it gets my numbers sub 200. Everytime I come off them I feel great. I am convinced statins are poison.

Just did four cardiac tests that you pay for out of pocket and no plaque except for a small amount left side of neck, CT scan of heart shows no plaque other than a negligible amount on one side. Out of a score of 400 I’m a 4, with 0 meaning no plaque.

I’m waiting to hear what my Doc says now and I’m expecting him to take me off them and check again in few years to see if it’s changed. Anyone else doing this?

I use Logic on desktop on my M4 Studio Max with 36gb ram, and also on an M4 MacBook Air with 16gb for the couch. I’d like to just use one machine on desktop and couch. I got a good quote for both of them from a site that buys Macs and looking at getting an M5 MacBook Pro with the 15 core M5 Pro cpu and 24gb of 48gb ram.

Good idea or keep the two I have? I know it’s probably not, I’m just wanting to not have two machines really and use one in both places.
