After a long stressful day of work or school would you rather make the drive back home in a sporty fun vehicle or a comfortable luxurious vehicle?

You just had a full 8 to 12 hour day, you can either spend the way home releasing tension in a cushy quiet ride or a loud fun experience. I’m sure age, driving distance, type of work, etc all have a lot to do with this answer too but just wanting to start discussion here.

To make matters worse picture having to come home to more with at the house with wife needing a break from the kids and home errands. You need to relief the stress but also that may be the only time of the day where you get to have some wild fun.

Edit: I’m sure with enough money you could get both, but say you weren’t in that situation yet which of the two would you prefer?

We’re planning on 2 children at most. For those with only two kids has a sedan been just as good as an suv? I prefer the look and driving characteristics of a sedan being lower to the ground with lower center of gravity. But I realize that I would have to bend down to place children in their seats in the back, compared to SUVs where it is closer to waist level or higher for seat height. How big of a concern is that for those who have had experience with both?

It would be a large sided sedan nothing compact like a corolla, think a Camry or bigger.

LRR tires would give me the highest mpg but I would lose out on life longevity, comfort, noise, etc. Assuming traction isn’t horrible on a decent set of LRR tires how much is one really saving if the have to replace the tires sooner? Compare equivalent tires like say Michelin Defender 2 vs Michelin Energy Saver A/S

This summer due to late scheduling on my end the only Biology class available to me is online unfortunately… Should I just wait until fall or would one online course not look too bad? The university would still give me a post bacc certificate at the end of the program and every single other class would be in person.

Got the sapphire preferred last December, looking to expand my Chase travel rewards portfolio, I value transferring points to hotels and I like the value hyatt gives so I’m considering their card. They’ll give 60k points with their SUB which a quick google says it’s about a $1000+ value, and the Freedom Unlimited is only at $250. But I would make use of the extra 0.5% on catch all spend that the sapphire preferred and WoH wouldn’t give me. (0.4% difference from CSP due to their anniversary 10% bonus making it an effective 1.1% catch all).

Would you consider the 0.4% extra from CFU to be worth it compared to the extra $750+ value of the SUB from the WoH? Per $10k spent with rough math that’s like $75 value
