*In Australia*

In the market for an EV. (Between 30k to 40k AUD) Been window shopping for brand new (MG4, BYD ATTO 2/3) but saw a 2021 plate model 3 standard range plus at a used dealership lot online. Less than 40,000km.

Already had a phone call and tried to ask the previous owners history but they didn’t have that detail. Nor why they sold it to the dealership.

When I have free time hoping to go to the lot to take a closer look.

When inspecting and ignoring the salesman, what should I actually be looking for to assess the condition of the Tesla Model 3? What major issues/risk is there for this car?

People around me say its risky to purchase, too good to be true situation and second hand EVs are bound to breakdown. Replacement batteries will end up costing you too much since I wont have Tesla warranty. Whats Teslas after sale support like for second hand purchases not made by Tesla?
