CSP EX 2.0, Wacome One, Macbook Pro

It takes a moment before you can really see it in the video, but I was on CSP, drawing as normal tonight until randomly at some point while exporting a bunch of files, this started happening where I click with the stylus and draw, only for it to stop the interaction part-ways through. It is doing this for everything in CSP such as the color wheel and navigator as well whenever I try to click and drag with my stylus.

Mouse is working just fine, it only happens with stylus. Yet I know it's something to do with CSP as my stylus is working just fine with anything else, only CSP is having this problem. What did I do?
