should i stick it out or start a fresh?

i was recently unofficially suppressed (im pretty sure) on my newly created channel. i was using AI to create things for shorts - didnt put a heap of effort into editing as i didnt really know how. it was going really well - 21k views in 7 shorts. Everything suddenly dropped and i was getting 10 views per 4 videos. i switched to my main account which already had about 45 subscribers from many years back in a different niche. i uploaded the same type of videos but with more "value" and human touch. similar issue straight away. AI said same digital fingerprint. if i was to do a slightly different niche - would i still be in the same boat if i A) kept going on my current channel or B) starting a brand new one?
AI says im not punished, but theres definitely no reach or impressions. Please help

Can someone educate me on how to improve my prompts?

All I want to do is generate an object smashing through a glass pane from a certain height (not specifically 5m but a decent height). What I get is that object 2cm away and it bounces off the glass. It shatters but is still intact

I started my channel within the past month. Only doing shorts and learning to use ai to make little Lego destruction videos just for fun. They were getting heaps of views ( for me ) and because I didn't "add value" they pretty much stopped showing my videos. Almost flagging me as a bot account. I've uploaded 2 long videos with voiceover, if I start doing shorts again with a little voiceover will that help YouTube understanding that I'm not a bot?
