ISO perfume which smells like this 😭

Hello! This is my friend chart and his relationship with parents and brother is not good! What may be the reason ? Also how can he resolve it? Will it ever become better? There were conflicts in the past due to which the relation is strained . Please advise ! Both have ego issues and not ready to resolve
