What does research say on giving whole milk after 1 yr old?
My baby is EBF, due to severe nipple damage, I’m ready to start transitioning to complete solids. I’m getting mixed information on introducing milk and whether it is necessary.
We have been doing baby led weaning and so he really eats what we do (within reason)
