What is the process for techs going through the Wags program to sign up for PTCB exam without paying? Does Wags pay up front or reimburse the tech? Thanks so much! Hope everyone had a great day!

Has anyone had Uber come to pick up prescriptions? We’ve had a ton the last two days. They’re not in Wagship as delivery (I did one manually to try) and the drivers don’t have a barcode to scan that works like DoorDash so they can pay for the order. Our understanding is that we have a contract with DoorDash and FedEx, that’s it. The Uber drivers’ app show the patient’s name… some of them were showing up before a prescription was ready. If you’ve had Uber or other services, how do you handle them? I feel for the Uber drivers, but who has time to help them figure it out during a shift?
