My chest and back look pretty similar to how they were originally but more faded, they're being a bit more stubborn
so I've had psoriasis my whole life and it was mainly only on my elbow with a couple of dots scattered around the place but recently within the past 2 weeks I've had a big flare up and I think it was stress, worrying about my psoriasis to begin with.
I've had it checked by a doctor and they didn't see anything suspicious about it and gave me medicated psoriasis cream for it, do you reckon that will actually help and from others' experience does this seem like the kind of thing that will eventually calm down?
