I have a Acer Swift SF114 32 I am currently trying to update everything on it and I am stuck at the updating Windows to Windows 10, It will.make it to around 90-98% and then fails [fail message at bottom]

*I factory reset the laptop upon getting the laptop
*The storage has 21.1 GB free (37.0 of the memory is used up by the laptop itsself)
*Photos of the screen will not translate to post form on to Reddit (I don't know why) I can however send a reply to any comment that needs it with the text on the screen (copy and paste style)
