Resource Guarding - How Much is Acceptable

Before I start, I know everyone says to avoid dog parks. there is a large non-fenced dog park near me that we go to and it's basically perfect. Although there are some rude-ish dogs, it being fully open in a city makes it so that dog owners have to pay attention and dogs generally have good recall.

How much resource guarding is acceptable? Specifically regarding a ball or a stick at the park? My dog will give several subtle signs before escalating (snapping at the air at them), but I usually let it go as the other dog is being rude. Like you wouldn't go up to a person and take their phone right out of their hand, right? I generally think dogs correcting other dogs is a good thing. When the snapping starts, that's usually when i intervene, but the interaction is usually over in like .5 seconds once she snaps at them.

Should I intervene earlier? Isn't it the other dogs fault for trying to steal someone else's item? If my dog doesn't correct them now and tell them that "hey, youre being rude don't do that again" couldn't they get hurt if they do that with the wrong dog?

I know no one is going to believe me, but my dog won't ever actually bite another dog. I've seen her be pushed by overbearing dogs, and no matter how annoyed she gets, she'll only snap at them.

I’m at a total loss

I keep running into issues trying to print this piece. These lines seems to get crooked/off. I added a calibration cube during this print to see if try and identify a hardware issue or an issue with a specific part of the belt. But all 3 pieces messed up in the same way, and the cube looks fine in comparison. Before this print, one of the prints was in the exact same spot as the cube, and it messed up in the same way.

The bed is level, I’ve calibrated my z offset multiple times today and I don’t know what to do.

Printer: qidi plus 4
Filament: ultra abs-gf
Nozzle: 0.6
Nozzle temp: 260 on initial and 270 for others
Bed temp: 100
Flow Ratio: 0.95
Pressure advance: 0.022
Qidi sliced default for 0.30mm strength

I wanted to provide an update on this. I was in contact with qidi support and they recommended that I replace the adapter plate and extruder cable. It took 3ish weeks to receive the parts and the unit has been functioning basically fine. (Some of the prints haven’t been great, but I’m still trying to tune it.)

I turned the machine on this morning and having the error in the image.

So the machine is bricked again. I’ve done the simple troubleshooting online and it happens everytime.

At what point do I cut my losses, accept the $350 loss as wasted money and try a different 3d printing company entirely
