I feel like my body must be totally unbalanced. Center core? I take every amp given to me - hands overhead with the 8lb dumbbell, up on toes for those crunches. Same with upper body - crossing my cables, elbows off the carriage, full on crunch during my biceps.

Now we get to legs and obliques and I’m a weak ass beh-beh! Bulgarian split squats? Sure, I can give you two without needing a break. Carriage lunges? I’m a hazard to all around me. Twisted crunches? I guess, for a few, but don’t you DARE ask me to side plank.

Is anyone else like this? Clearly I know I have “room to grow” and I push hard in these areas. But it feels so weird to be feeling so good and then my body craps out on the next sequence!
